90 Night In-Home Sleep Trial

Ben's 90 night in-home sleep trial only applies to exchanges on Sealy, Stearns & Foster or Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Anything below $1000 does not qualify. The 90 night in-home trial starts on the exact date the mattress is delivered or picked up. A customer must sleep on the mattress for 31 days or more and must have a new mattress protector.

There is a service fee to exchange firmness because of a comfort issue that occurs during the 90 night trial period. A service fee is $300 on a qualifying Twin, Twin XL or Full mattress. A service fee is $400 on a qualifying Queen mattress and $500 on a qualifying King mattress.

If a customer wants to upgrade to another TS brand or model, they must pay the difference in price and pay the service fee. Reselecting must be an upgrade, not a downgrade. The mattress must be clean and have no defects at the time of exchange or it will be refused. The 90 night in-home trial is a process and all exchanges must be approved by Ben's management and by the mattress manufacturer before any action is taken.
